At Elkmont we have a number of amenities including gated entry, swimming pool, central mail room, work out room, a pavillian and provide many planned activities.
Our workout room has several pieces of equipment to help get in shape, stay in shape and just remain fit and active
In addition, to working our, many of Elkmont’s residents enjoy leisurely walks around the park.
The Elkmont pavillion is at the heart of many activities, parties, socials, pot luck dinners and games. We have several large gatherings throughout the year including for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Derby Day and may others. There are game nights where we gather to play corn hole baseball, Bingo, play cards, and put together puzzles. We aslo have a ping pong table.
Our swimming pool is available to all property owners and their guests. The pool is maintained professionally and with the help of of our pool committee made of of elkmont residents. The pool area also has mens & womans restrooms and shower facilities.
Our gated access provides residents with peace of mind and safety by restricting access only to those who belong here. It restricts access only to those with a gate clicker or card, both of which are available for purchase only by property owners.
Elkmont has a central mail room where all properety owners can have a private, keyed mailbox and is also were all deliveries of packages are delivered.
